To support editorial management, peer review administration, production, and online publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has been successfully accepted for publication.

- Payment is required only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
No payment is requested at the time of manuscript submission or during the peer review process. Authors will receive an official invoice only after their manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer review process and has been accepted for publication.

Refund Policy
The APC becomes payable only after acceptance. As no fees are collected before editorial decisions are made, manuscripts that are rejected during the review process incur no charges. Once an article has been accepted and publication processing has begun, APC payments are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the publisher.
Fee Waivers
Requests for APC waivers or discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis for authors facing genuine financial hardship. Such requests should be submitted to the Editorial Office before completing the payment process and will be evaluated at the publisher's discretion.
