Author Guidelines

(Applicable to all journals published by the European Research and Development Association for Science and Technology - ERDAST)

We welcome high-quality original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical reports in the fields covered by our journals. Before submitting your manuscript, please read and follow the guidelines below carefully.

1. Manuscript Submission

  • All submissions must be made online through the respective journal's submission portal.

  • Manuscripts should be written in English, clear, and grammatically correct.

  • Only original and unpublished work will be considered. Simultaneous submission to other journals is strictly prohibited.

  • Authors must ensure the manuscript is free of plagiarism (checked via software before review).

2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Short Communications

  • Technical Notes

  • Case Studies

3. Manuscript Format

Title Page

  • Title of the article

  • Author(s) full name(s)

  • Affiliation(s)

  • Email address of the corresponding author

  • ORCID ID (if available)

Abstract

  • 150–250 words

  • Concise summary of objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusion

Keywords

  • 4 to 6 relevant keywords, separated by commas

Main Text
Use the IMRaD structure for research papers:

  • Introduction

  • Materials and Methods

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

References

  • Follow APA style (7th edition) unless specified otherwise by the journal

  • Use reference management tools like Zotero, EndNote, or Mendeley

4. Figures and Tables

  • Must be numbered and titled appropriately

  • High-resolution images (min. 300 dpi)

  • Tables must be editable (not images)

5. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by 2–3 independent experts.

  • Review decisions may include: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.

  • The review process may take 4–5 days to 4–5 weeks, depending on reviewer availability.

6. Publication Ethics

  • ERDAST follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, image manipulation, or unethical conduct will lead to rejection and possible banning.

7. Open Access Policy

  • All journals are fully open access, making content freely available online without subscription.

8. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • APC: $250 USD (only payable upon acceptance)

  • No submission fee

  • No peer review fee

9. Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright.

  • All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.
