1. Scope and Mission

Regent Science Press publishes high-quality, original, and scholarly works in the domains of science, engineering, and technology.
Our journals — EJCSSA, EJAIML, and BETRF — serve as global platforms for researchers, academicians, and industry experts to disseminate innovative findings and practical applications that advance scientific and technological knowledge.


2. Article Types Accepted

We welcome submissions in the following categories:

  • Original Research Articles — Reports of novel experimental, theoretical, or applied research.

  • Review Papers — Comprehensive surveys summarizing and analyzing recent developments in specific areas.

  • Case Studies — Descriptions of practical applications or real-world problem-solving approaches.

  • Short Communications — Brief reports of new findings requiring rapid publication.

  • Technical Notes — Methodological advancements, prototype developments, or algorithmic innovations.


3. Manuscript Preparation

Authors should ensure their manuscripts are written in clear, concise English and follow the journal’s structure.

3.1. Format and Length

  • Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 pt, Line spacing 1.5, with 1-inch margins on all sides.

  • Length: Typically 4000–8000 words, including tables and references.

3.2. Structure of the Article

Each manuscript should include the following sections in order:

  1. Title Page

    • Title (concise, informative, ≤15 words)

    • Author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s), and email(s)

    • Corresponding author (with full address and contact email)

  2. Abstract (150–250 words)

    • A concise summary highlighting purpose, methods, major findings, and conclusions.

  3. Keywords (4–6 keywords)

    • Separated by commas; should reflect key topics in the article.

  4. Introduction

    • Background, significance, objectives, and gap in existing research.

  5. Materials and Methods / Methodology

    • Sufficient detail to allow reproducibility; include instruments, software, or datasets if applicable.

  6. Results and Discussion

    • Present results with appropriate figures/tables and interpret their implications clearly.

  7. Conclusion

    • Summarize findings, limitations, and potential directions for future research.

  8. Acknowledgments (if applicable)

  9. References

    • Must follow APA 7th Edition citation style.

    • Example:

      Smith, J. A., & Doe, R. (2023). Deep learning models for real-time prediction. European Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, 5(2), 45–58. https://doi.org/10.xxxxxx


4. Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • Figures must be of high resolution (minimum 300 DPI) in PNG, JPG, or TIFF format.

  • Tables should be editable (not images) and numbered sequentially.

  • Equations should be written using the Equation Editor in MS Word and numbered (e.g., Eq. 1).

  • Each figure and table must include a descriptive caption and source (if applicable).


5. Plagiarism and Ethical Standards

Regent Science Press upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity.

  • All manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using advanced detection tools.

  • Similarity index must be below 15% (excluding references).

  • Manuscripts must not have been published or under review elsewhere.

  • Any form of data fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism will result in immediate rejection and possible blacklisting.


6. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process.

  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts.

  • Reviewers assess originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field.

  • The final decision (accept, revise, or reject) rests with the Editor-in-Chief.


7. Open Access Policy

All journals of Regent Science Press operate under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring free access, reuse, and distribution with proper attribution.
Authors retain full copyright over their work.


8. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Regent Science Press journals are open access, and publication costs are covered by APCs.

  • APC information is transparently listed on each journal’s homepage.

  • APC covers peer review, editing, DOI assignment, indexing, and long-term digital preservation.

  • Waivers or discounts may be considered for authors from developing countries or under special circumstances.


9. Indexing and Archiving

All published papers are assigned DOIs and preserved in reputable indexing databases and digital archives to ensure long-term accessibility.


10. Post-Publication Policy

  • Authors are encouraged to share and promote their work via institutional repositories and social media.

  • Any errors identified post-publication will be corrected through an Erratum or Corrigendum notice.
