To maintain our open access publishing model and ensure that all research articles remain freely available to readers worldwide, Regent Science Press charges a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review, editorial management, DOI registration, copyediting, typesetting, and long-term digital archiving.

1. Standard APC

• The Article Processing Charge (APC) for all journals published under Regent Science Press is:
  ????250 USD (Two Hundred Fifty US Dollars) per accepted article.

2. Payment Policy

• The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following peer review.

• Authors will receive a formal invoice and payment instructions from the editorial office.

• Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved secure gateways.

3. Waiver and Discount Policy

• Regent Science Press may offer partial or full APC waivers to authors from low-income or developing countries, early-career researchers, or those with demonstrated financial need.

• Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission, accompanied by a justification letter.

4. Transparency

• APCs are the only fee associated with publication; there are no submission fees or hidden charges.

• Every accepted article is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring open and permanent access.

5. Invoice and Proof of Payment

• Once the payment is received, authors will receive an official payment receipt from Regent Science Press.

• Proof of payment must be shared via email at info@csimplications.com to finalize the publication process.
