European Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

About the Journal

Journal Overview

The European Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (EJAIML) is a United Kingdom–based, international, peer-reviewed, and open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing global research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

EJAIML provides a respected platform for researchers, academicians, and professionals to publish original, high-quality, and unplagiarised manuscripts that expand theoretical understanding, algorithmic design, and real-world applications of intelligent systems.

Committed to academic integrity, transparency, and innovation, the journal bridges the gap between research and practice, facilitating the global exchange of scientific knowledge in the field of AI and ML.

The journal publishes twelve issues annually (monthly) and maintains a selective acceptance ratio of approximately 32%, ensuring that only original, relevant, and technically sound research is published.
However, this acceptance ratio is dynamic — it continuously changes depending on the overall quality, depth, and contribution of manuscripts received in each issue.

Publication Frequency and Acceptance Ratio

The European Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning publishes twelve regular issues per year (monthly), ensuring the continuous and timely dissemination of contemporary research.

The journal maintains a selective acceptance ratio of around 32%, upholding strict quality and ethical standards.
This ratio is not fixed — it varies dynamically depending on the quality, originality, and impact of submissions in each cycle.

EJAIML believes in maintaining quality over quantity, and every accepted paper is a reflection of scientific merit and innovation.

Peer Review Policy

Each manuscript submitted to EJAIML undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review by two to three independent international reviewers who are experts in the corresponding subject area.

The review process evaluates manuscripts based on technical soundness, novelty, relevance, methodology, and clarity.
Articles are published only after receiving positive recommendations from reviewers or after satisfactory revisions are made.

Without peer review approval, no manuscript proceeds to publication.
Authors may also request official peer review reports for institutional or academic use after the review process.

Editorial and Reviewer Board

The journal is managed by an international editorial board of distinguished scholars, researchers, and professionals from leading universities and research institutions worldwide.

A dedicated reviewer board supports the editorial team in ensuring fairness, quality, and accuracy throughout the review process.

Researchers interested in joining the editorial or reviewer board may submit their CV or résumé (Europass or any recognized international format) for consideration.
All applications are carefully reviewed by the editorial committee, and only qualified candidates are officially listed as part of the board.

Ethical Standards and Publication Integrity

The European Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (EJAIML) strictly adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for ethical publishing practices.

We maintain zero tolerance toward plagiarism, falsified data, duplicate submissions, or unethical research conduct.
Each submission undergoes plagiarism detection and ethical compliance verification before entering the review stage.

The journal does not publish retroactive, backdated, or previously accepted manuscripts, ensuring that all content is original and current.
Integrity, transparency, and fairness guide all editorial and peer-review decisions.

Open Access Policy and Creative Commons License

EJAIML operates under the Creative Commons International License (CC BY 4.0 or equivalent), ensuring that all published works are open access, free to read, use, share, and download.

Readers, researchers, and institutions worldwide can freely access and distribute published content, provided proper credit is given to the original authors.

This open-access framework allows authors to achieve maximum global visibility and citation potential, while promoting the democratization of scientific knowledge.

All articles are permanently archived in reputable digital repositories and international indexing databases, ensuring long-term preservation and accessibility.
